“V12 surpasses the state-of-the-art EHR systems with improved performance, usability, and interoperability,” said Girish Navani, CEO and co-founder of eClinicalWorks. In a statement. “We are further enhancing Revenue Cycle Management and modules for value-based care models, providing all of our customers with advanced solutions to set their practices up for success. eClinicalWorks continues to innovate and invest in product capabilities and enhanced cloud services.”
On the financial side, Navani said the company has seen substantial growth in 2022, with revenue up 10 percent year over year, with projections to record $800 million in GAAP revenue, compared to $727 million in 2021. The company has increased the total number of providers using eClinicalWorks solutions to more than 146,000. The company’s employee count increased by 10 percent in 2022.

It recently announced that 22-site FQHC CommuniCare has transitioned to eClinicalWorks EHR and additional services to help it provide care to more than 95,000 patients in the San Antonio, Texas, region. “Our previous EHR was not optimized for the cloud and had limited built-in features with subpar performance when compared to eClinicalWorks,” said Paul Nguyen, president, and CEO of CommuniCare, in a statement explaining the switch. “We had to rely on third-party programs to accomplish simple tasks. We switched to eClinicalWorks because of its user-friendly and intuitive software.
